“Some years ago, a friend called asking if I could help a mission team staying at his hotel in Jamaica. Their driver had suddenly fallen through, and they needed someone they could trust. I agreed to step in, not knowing that decision would change my life. I became their driver, their tour guide, and eventually a member of Stan’s team for several years.
Stan was small in stature, but his heart was that of a gentle giant. He was drawn to the poor and the marginalized, and he served them with a humility and compassion that revealed the true character of a disciple of Christ.
Years after his passing, I had the privilege of driving for his wife’s mission team as they returned to Jamaica to continue the work Stan began. To witness his legacy carried forward—through Regina, the teams, and every act of service, has been one of the greatest honors of my life.”
