“Growing up in Tower Hill, I became used to seeing groups visit our community year after year. They came, they served, and then they left—often without leaving a lasting impression. But the past three years have changed that for me completely. My “GO” family—because that is truly what they have become—has made a tremendous and meaningful impact on my life and on Tower Hill as a whole.
In those three years, my own life has been transformed. I went from being a casual church-goer to a committed Christian and community advocate, helping oversee mission projects that range from repairing homes to building new ones for the homeless. The love, care, and camaraderie this team brings is something our world desperately needs, especially in times like these.
The people of Tower Hill have felt that love deeply. Every visit—whether yearly or bi‑annual—is welcomed with excitement, especially by the children who look forward to VBS with bright anticipation. We are truly blessed to have this team in our lives, and we thank God for sending them to us as earthly guardian angels.”
